Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and PaperBagged LLC covering your use of NuOhm and everything you buy from us. Please read them — they include a health disclaimer, an automatic-renewal authorisation, a limitation of our liability, and an arbitration agreement with a class-action waiver that affects how disputes are resolved.

Last updated: August 3, 2026 · Applies to https://nuohm.com

The agreement

NuOhm is operated by PaperBagged LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (paperbagged.com), Bisbee, Arizona. “We”, “us” and “our” mean PaperBagged LLC; “you” means you.

By using this site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We may change these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they apply. Your order is always governed by the terms in force when you placed it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Our products are intended for adults and are not for children. We sell and ship only within the United States; we make no claim that the site or the products are appropriate or available anywhere else, and you are responsible for complying with your local law if you access it from elsewhere.

Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and you agree to tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. Give us accurate information and keep it current — we are not responsible for a delivery that fails because an address was wrong.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently or abusively, or creates risk for us or other customers. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not cancel an active subscription, which must be cancelled separately as described below.

Orders, prices & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we accept it by shipping. We may decline or cancel any order — including after it is placed and before it ships — for any lawful reason, such as an item being unavailable, a suspected fraudulent or reseller order, or a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Errors. Prices, availability and product descriptions can change without notice and may occasionally be wrong. We are not obliged to honour an obvious error, and we may correct it and cancel any affected order even after confirmation.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown, including tax and shipping. You warrant that you are authorised to use that payment method. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge — most problems are quicker to fix directly. Filing a chargeback for an order you received and kept may lead us to close your account and decline future orders.

Quantity limits. Products are for personal use. We may limit quantities and decline orders that appear to be for resale.

Subscriptions & automatic renewal

This is an automatically renewing subscription. When you choose a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout, on the interval shown at checkout (for example every 30 days), automatically and without further notice, until you cancel. Prices include any discount shown for subscribing. Charges continue until cancellation.

How to cancel — any time, no charge, no phone call. Sign in and go to Account → Subscriptions, where you can pause, change or cancel in a few clicks. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: it stops all future charges, and it does not refund or recall an order already placed or shipped. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.

Changes to a subscription. We will give you reasonable notice by email before changing the price or interval of an existing subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we will email you and retry for a limited period. If it keeps failing, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled. Keeping your payment details current is your responsibility.

Shipping, risk & returns

We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays or for events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier; a lost or stolen parcel after delivery is a claim against the carrier, though we will help you pursue it.

Returns, refunds and our money-back guarantee are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of an opened or used consumable product except as required by law or under that guarantee.

Discounts & promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We may cancel an order and void a code we reasonably believe was obtained or used abusively, including by generating codes automatically or using one outside its intended audience.

Health & product disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site — product pages, the journal, reviews, emails or support replies — is medical advice, and none of it replaces advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using any product, and particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, are scheduled for surgery, or take prescription medication — supplements can interact with medicines. Read the label and follow the directions. Check the ingredients if you have allergies or intolerances. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction, and please also tell us at [email protected] so we can record it.

Individual results vary. Reviews and testimonials are the honest experience of the person who wrote them and are not a promise of what you will experience. Product images are illustrative; packaging and formulation can change, so the label on what you receive is the authority on its contents.

Reviews & anything you post

Reviews must be your genuine experience. Do not post anything false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or containing someone else's personal information — and do not make claims that a product treats or cures a disease, which we are legally required to remove. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission, and we do not have to publish one.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing, and you confirm you have the right to grant it. You waive any moral rights in it to the extent the law allows. We do not pay for reviews and never condition one on a positive rating.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or help someone else do either;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use bots against it, except for a search engine obeying our robots.txt;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the site, or bypass any access control, rate limit or bot protection;
  • interfere with the site's operation or place an unreasonable load on it;
  • submit fraudulent orders or use a payment method you are not authorised to use;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation;
  • resell our products or use our content commercially without written permission.

We may investigate and take any lawful step in response, including removing content, closing accounts, refusing service and referring matters to law enforcement.

Our intellectual property

The site and its content — text, images, photography, graphics, layout, logos, product names and software — belong to PaperBagged LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Everything else — copying, republishing, framing, selling, or using our content to train a machine-learning model — requires our prior written permission.

“NuOhm”, “PaperBagged” and our logos are our trademarks. Nothing here grants any licence to use them.

Copyright complaints. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject “DMCA”, identifying the work, the material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement that your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorised to act, and your signature. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

Third-party services & links

We rely on third parties — Stripe for payments, our fulfillment partner and its carriers for delivery, Cloudflare for bot protection and image hosting, and an email provider. Their own terms and policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for our money-back guarantee and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, the site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any particular result will be achieved by using a product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits your rights under any law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaperBagged LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the site or the products — whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaperBagged LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or of any law, your misuse of the site, or content you posted. We may take over the defence of any such matter at your expense, and you agree to cooperate.

Disputes, arbitration & class waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

1. Talk to us first. Most problems are solved in a single email. Before starting any formal proceeding, send a written description of the dispute and what you want to [email protected]. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days from that notice.

2. Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site or the products will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. Arbitration may take place in Cochise County, Arizona, or — at your choice — in the county where you live, or by telephone or video, or on documents alone. An arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.

3. Class-action and jury waiver. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. Both of us waive any right to a jury trial. If this paragraph is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — proceeds in court, and the rest of this section still applies.

4. You can opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”, including your name and order number, within 30 days of your first purchase. Opting out costs you nothing and affects nothing else in these terms, and we will not treat you differently for it.

5. Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.

6. Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose, or it is permanently barred, unless the law forbids shortening the period.

Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking an injunction in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorised access to the site.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where a claim is not subject to arbitration, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Cochise County, Arizona. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the state where you live.

General terms

Events outside our control. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by anything beyond our reasonable control — including supply failures, carrier disruption, labour disputes, extreme weather, fire, epidemic, war, government action, and failures of the internet, payment networks or hosting providers.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic notices and records satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Shipping & Returns page are the entire agreement between us about the site and your purchases, and replace anything said earlier.

Accessibility. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, email us and we will help and fix it.
